Q: Is blank item in stock?
A: This is the most common question we get. Our inventory updates multiple times per day to stay accurate. 99% of the time, if it shows in stock on the site, it is. In the very rare event that it is not, we will reach out immediately once it’s discovered to figure out a solution or refund the order.
Q: When should I expect to get my order?
A: Most of our orders are shipped within 3 days of placement. Some items are with distributors that are not quite as expedient at shipping. Those orders typically ship in a week to 10 days.
Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: Unfortunately, at this time we do not.
Q: I am trying to add more of an item to my cart but the site will not let me add the full amount.
A: Our inventory will limit you to add only what we have in stock. If the system is limiting you, the likely reason is because you are trying to add more than we have.
Q: Do you give a military or LEO discount?
A: At Zeroed In Outdoors, we proudly support our military and law enforcement men and women and extend a 10% discount on all Zeroed In Branded gear. We can also offer 5% on most firearms and optics. Some exclusions do apply. To be eligible, please email us active credentials and we will respond with a discount code. Please note that this discount is intended to be used for you only.
Q: I picked up a gift certificate for your Zeroed In Outdoors at a match, how do I redeem it.
A: First of all great job! To redeem your certificate, please send us email with the event name and a picture of the certificate. We will respond with detailed instructions on how to use it.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: In some cases, we can accommodate that for a small fee but most of the time the shipping from our distributors is somewhat set. If you need something quickly, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
