This helps reduce overpressure felt by others immediately to the left or right of the shooter. It also minimizes any dust signature when firing from a prone position. The Warden gives a sleek look to any weapon with a 1/2X28 or 5/8X24 threaded barrel, protecting the barrel’s exposed threads from damage or fouling instead of a flash hider or muzzle brake. Unlike sound suppressors, Wardens are not NFA items and are available wherever SureFire products are sold, with no restrictions typically associated with suppressors.
